It’s all about the experience and the people at Freeway Ford were amazing! From walking in the door, to driving off the lot in my new truck. I was treated with respect. I worked with Barbe and she was awesome. Most dealerships leave me dodging pushy sales people, but at Freeway Ford, I felt right at home. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from here. When it comes time to buy again, I’ll be back. More
Instrument Cluster Failure on 5 Yr Old F150 The instrument cluster went out on my 2012 F150, it cost $900 to replace, when I went to talk to the dealership manager about my dissatisfaction, he i The instrument cluster went out on my 2012 F150, it cost $900 to replace, when I went to talk to the dealership manager about my dissatisfaction, he immediately passed me off to the Service Manager, he could not get rid of me any quicker. When I asked the service manager (he was nice) if one should expect the instrument cluster to fail on a 5 year old vehicle, he said no, but that Ford would do nothing for me since my vehicle had 100K miles. When I asked to have the failed cluster, he indicated that I would have to pay the $350 core charge to keep it, which means these clusters are easily repairable. I am an engineer who has performed a lot of circuit board failure analysis, the fact that the cluster failure frequency increased over time indicated this was a sign of a solder joint failure. And Ford and Freeway Ford are not willing to stand behind a manufacturing defect, regardless of the mileage, REALLY!? I have a 5 year old Apple iMac computer, the monitor hinge failed, Apple indicated that this should never have happened and covered a $180 repair even though it was out of warranty. Apple has a customer for life. I had 1.5 year old Honda Odyssey, one of the passenger door motors failed, even though out of warranty the dealership covered the $500 repair because it should not have failed. Honda has a customer for life. Ford and Freeway Ford have an instrument cluster failure that should not have ever happened, instead of backing their vehicles, they hide behind the excuse the vehicle has 100K miles, do you think they have a customer for life!? I have owed numerous Fords over the years, and had (3) Fords at the time of the incident, I immediately sold my Escape and when the time comes to replace my Focus and F150, do you think I will replace them with a Ford, NO, because they have CLEARLY demonstrated they will not stand behind them, even if the issue was a manufacturing defect!!!!! More
Dead Battery and New Tires -10 and the car wouldn't start. Battery worked only if jumped. Called Freeway Ford and was told to bring it right over to the Quick Lane and they coul -10 and the car wouldn't start. Battery worked only if jumped. Called Freeway Ford and was told to bring it right over to the Quick Lane and they could install a new battery. Got the car there but the Quick Lane had a 2 hour wait. No worries! Dropped the car off and within 1 hour got a call that the battery was in! They also noticed that my tires were low on tread - which I already knew. Offered a fantastic price on the Goodyear Assurance All Season tires and there was a rebate which they filled out for me and submitted. How easy was that??? LOVE Freeway Ford! Always friendly and always professional! More

Took time to go over car.Followed up next day to check if all ok. I had a bad experience with the Service department recently. Brought former car in for fall special. Told breaks checked out good. A week later needed rear brake job 😡 More
