Frustration with service initially - but finally found probl Found car would not start in AM. Jump started, brought to service. Service charged battery, but could not/would not diagnose why car didn't start. Wee Found car would not start in AM. Jump started, brought to service. Service charged battery, but could not/would not diagnose why car didn't start. Week later, same thing. Again, no effort to track down why car didn't start. Week later, same thing happened. Changed service advisor to Gustafson. He had us call tow truck to bring card in. He wanted to look at car when it would not start. But Could not tow car without starting it to get out of garage. So Left car with Gustafson for a week to wait until it wouldn't start and see if ther is some draw, or whatever. Asked why can't you put in new battery.? Apparently FORD doesn't allow this when their testing shows the battery is charged. Finally after about a week sitting at your service center the car didn't start, the battery was dead, and you installed a new battery - as car still under warranty. Just glad it's fixed. But wondering why initial service advisors didn't try to find out why car didn't start. .. twice??? More

We came knowing what we wanted (a van) and came out with the keys. The process went well and even though it was later in the evening, Barbe and Matt took the time to help us out, answer any questions, and made sure everything was done properly with the loan. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Barbe also took the time and effort to make sure our vehicle was serviced to what was agreed on at the time of the sale. She was on top of things and communicated very well with us, letting us know what was up and answering any questions we had. Overall, this was a great new experience for us. More
Price and sales people I went into Freeway Ford to find a vehicle to replace 2 other vehicles. My wife had broken her hip and I had to find a vehicle that was low enough for her to get into. Also had to have enough power to pull my boat. Talked to Barry McDanials and he suggested the Edge. After looking at other makes of vehicles I choose the Edge. Freeway Ford didn't have the color I wanted .Barry found one in Hudson WI. We had that delivered and worked out price we could live with. Patrick Martin( salesman) explained the features to me. Lot of cooperation between sales people at this dealership. Did a nice job of preping Edge before I got it delivered. Other sales people in dealership were willing to answer any questions that I asked. Receptionist was very friendly. More
Normal Maitenance I have purchased a number of vehicles from Freeway Ford and bring them back to their Quicklane for regular service. Pat does a great job taking care o I have purchased a number of vehicles from Freeway Ford and bring them back to their Quicklane for regular service. Pat does a great job taking care of me and getting me in and out. They do a very efficient job and even though I put a lot of miles on my car, I have never had a problem. They keep me up to date on any other items that should be addressed, but I have never felt pressured or up sold. I will continue to bring my car into Freeway Ford for my maintenance. More

Service Center Had an oil change, blinker bulbs replaced along with a recall issue addressed. Service was fast and price was very reasonable.
