Friendly people - over extended staff I purchased my Ford F150 from this dealer and had a fantastic experience. For the past 2 years I have been bringing my truck to Free Ford for service I purchased my Ford F150 from this dealer and had a fantastic experience. For the past 2 years I have been bringing my truck to Free Ford for services (oil change/ safety recalls/ big preventative maintenance). First, there has never been an issue (that I am aware of) with the quality of their work. My main issue is in the customer service of the departments. This most recent visit I dropped off my truck for several safety recall repairs. I called back later in the day to inquire when my truck was done and the person on the phone couldn't seem to locate my truck or even tell me what time it would be done. Prior to this the vast majority of my visits were in the quicklane service where I would drop off my truck and wait in the lobby. Every time I asked how long it would take and every time it took 1-2 hours longer than I was told. Very disappointed and I have started looking for somewhere else to bring my truck. More

Too many returns to shop. Took over 3 weeks to repair transmission which was under warranty, did receive loaner car. Though it took a very long time it was not major inconvenience. Needed to return twice for issues connected to their service recall. Inconvenient since they do not have loaner cars for items which connected to their initial repair. Did not feel respected by Ryan. I am still dealing with potential issues connected to prior repair. Should have option for loaner and if not under warranty then user pays for use of car. More

Disappointed All went well on purchasing my new vehicle until, shortly after purchase I received a recall notice and found out that there is no loaner vehicles. All went well on purchasing my new vehicle until, shortly after purchase I received a recall notice and found out that there is no loaner vehicles. That I would have to rent a car when my vehicle is in getting the recall taken care of. I am very disappointed in this as this is as paying about 45k that the dealership or Ford cannot step up and supply a vehicle as a loaner. Not happy. I am very happy with my F150 overall, just this service issue of not being supplied a loaner rubs me the wromg way. More
