Brian helped find us a perfect truck with everything we wanted that was in out budget and Lincoln helped by going out of his way to get us approved. Everyone was very friendly and other salesman talked with. The manager even came and thanked us for doing business with freeway ford. We will definitely be coming back for another vehicle purchase. Horrible Experience! I had an appointment on 12/13 at 11am. Dropping my car off and the shuttle back to work went quickly. After that it was all downhill. I didn’t expect I had an appointment on 12/13 at 11am. Dropping my car off and the shuttle back to work went quickly. After that it was all downhill. I didn’t expect my car to be done that day but I did expect a status update by the end of the day. Didn’t get one. Called the next morning and left a message with Ryan asking for a status update and letting him know I needed my car back that day. Didn’t hear anything. Since the issue with my car wasn’t major (and actually ended up being nothing), I thought having it done by closing shouldn’t be an issue. I called back around noon since I hadn’t heard anything and left a message with someone that said Ryan would be in around 1pm and would give me a call. Why the heck is Ryan the only one handling in-progress service issues?!!! This is a MAJOR flaw at this dealership. They need to cross trail all those working in service to be able to help all customers (most of my issues and irritation could have been alleviated if the other two working would have been able to help). Finally got ahold of Ryan just to find out my car still hadn’t even been started! So, he gave me a loaner car to use and said he would call me with an update. This was on Friday. From the time I called for a shuttle back to the dealership to the time I left the dealership it was ALMOST TWO HOURS!!! Ryan was running around helping other people before he got to me. This is where cross-training would have been helpful because the other two service workers were doing nothing! I could have been out of there a lot sooner than two hours if they were able to help. I heard nothing over the weekend so I called again on Monday. Eventually again I got ahold of Ryan to ONCE AGAIN find out my car STILL HADN’T BEEN STARTED! By this time, it had been four days since I dropped my car off for my APPOINTMENT TIME! Why did I even have an appointment if it wasn’t going to be started for days?! On 12/18, Tuesday, was the last day I was going to wait for it. I called Tuesday around 11am asking for an update. Still hadn’t been started so I said I was going to come and get it. As I was on my way to get it, Ryan called and said they could start it right then and at least get the oil change done. I told him to do what he needed to do but that I would be picking it up at 3pm. He said okay and would call me at 2:30 to give me an update and let me know what they found. By 2:45 I had not heard from him so I called him. He told me I had a dead battery when they went to start the car and he could replace that for $170! Are you kidding me?! It was dead because it was left outside the dealership for five days in the cold weather without being started! The battery is not that old. I told him no and that I was coming to get it. I finally got there, paid for whatever I had to and left. Funny that I had to call every time to get an update! I have gone to other Ford service centers and they have never taken this long to work on the car and have always given status updates. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTER AGAIN!!!! More
Another Great Experience! I stopped into Quick Lane at Freeway Ford on a Thursday afternoon. They were very busy and there would be at least a 2 hour wait. Mr. Odell, the ser I stopped into Quick Lane at Freeway Ford on a Thursday afternoon. They were very busy and there would be at least a 2 hour wait. Mr. Odell, the service advisor, said it might be better to try early the next morning, and that early mornings are always easier. So I went the next morning and got an oil change, along with the manager's special package. They recommended changing the brake fluid so I went ahead with that. I was out of there in a little over an hour - and enjoyed coffee in the lobby while I waited. I always have a good experience at Freeway Ford! More

98% satisfied I purchased a new 2018 Edge SEL last week from Freeway Ford in Bloomington, MN. The entire purchasing experience was great. Just a couple of items I purchased a new 2018 Edge SEL last week from Freeway Ford in Bloomington, MN. The entire purchasing experience was great. Just a couple of items I am disappointed with on the vehicle: 1. On the dash, left of the analog speedometer, is a diagram of the vehicle. On my 2016 and 2017 Escapes, the diagram shows the headlights and taillights illuminated when they are on. The Edge doesn't show the lights. Both the sales person and the service person who answered the phone when I inquired were not aware of this change. Why take the lights away? It pretty much renders the diagram useless. 2. The Edge has a wimpy single horn, where my Escapes have strong double horns. You would think a vehicle with a MSRP of $35,000 would have a horn other drivers should hear. Other than those minor items, I am happy with the vehicle so far. More

The leasing person that helped us was great. We ordered a new Edge to Lease. The only issue that we had was that we signed out the vehicle I asked the Finance Manager about a $299 charge. He We ordered a new Edge to Lease. The only issue that we had was that we signed out the vehicle I asked the Finance Manager about a $299 charge. He said it was for Pulse and proceeded to brush over it with a story about an experience he had with Pulse. When we got home my husband tried it and we did not have pulse on our Edge. When he called the Dealership to ask about it they said "oh, it was never installed on your vehicle" and that they would refund the $299. While we appreciate the prompt return of the money, it really makes us wonder how many times other customers get taken for the $299. We found Robert Stewart to be very nice and very helpful. More
