Good, but better if I had a squealing noise that needed fixin', and I trust the dealership technicians, so I continue to take my truck to Freeway Ford. On this occasion, I had a squealing noise that needed fixin', and I trust the dealership technicians, so I continue to take my truck to Freeway Ford. On this occasion, I made an appointment on-line, which allows for choices of date and time. Once I made the appointment and added all the data (name, phone, email) the system said it was complete. Here's the "better if" - I never received an email confirmation of the appointment. I had to call the service department to confirm the appointment myself, which defeats the purpose of making an on-line appointment. A simple email confirm stating that the appointment was made and some basic info would have been comforting for me to receive. I'm sure the appointment system has that feature, please start using it. Otherwise, the appointment was fine, no issues, Tyler spent time explaining the repair to me, and met me afterwards to talk about the parts warranty. The price of the repair was high, but I expect that from a dealer service center. I also expect it to be fixed to manufacturers standards and with Ford parts and a warranty for the parts, so you get what you pay for. Thanks! More

Stress and pressure free My wife handled all of the details regarding the purchase and she said that her salesperson, Patrick was not pushy in the least. She chose the vehicle My wife handled all of the details regarding the purchase and she said that her salesperson, Patrick was not pushy in the least. She chose the vehicle that best suited our family and she was happy with the deal that was offered. I went to the dealership to finalize the deal and had a nice experience myself in dealing with Patrick. He was very personable and made the transaction smooth and stress free, we were in and out of there in an hour. I would definitely refer this dealership to people who are looking for a comfortable and relaxed car buying experience. More
