I haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 10 years, and that was while married with almost perfect credit. I've been through a rough divorce since and my credit reeeally suffered. This month life circumstance put me in need of a new(er) vehicle but I seriously doubted I'd be approved for anything but a tin can. I applied for financing ONLINE, and heard within 2 hours that I was approved for the 2013 Ford Focus I was interested in. Everyone from Sales to Finance was so kind, helpful, and unbelievably efficient that I almost didn't lift a finger, and I just drove home in my new (to me) ruby red car. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, listen. Stop by Freeway Ford. Shout out to Chris Hoffman, Brian Ward, Brian Steinhorst, and Joe (whose last name has left me but we'll call him Oz because he's the important guy behind the curtain) for staying past close to put me behind the wheel. Very Little Effort to speed the process My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more t My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more than three days. Lots of excuses, very little communication and now I finally have it back and do not believe they correctly fixed my car. There is MUCH more road noise that there used to be and the wheels seem to vibrate once you get on the freeway. Nothing like what it drove like in the past. Very disappointing experience. More
