Great customer service and patience while I test drove. I received a call about my recently expiring vehicle lease. I was presented with some attractive options and asked if I'd be interested in visiting t I received a call about my recently expiring vehicle lease. I was presented with some attractive options and asked if I'd be interested in visiting the dealer location. We set up a time for the weekend. When I walked into the showroom, I was immediately greeted and asked if I'd like water or a coffee. When I met the salesman (Anthony) I was asked what options I absolutely had to have and which ones I'd be interested in exploring. We looked at several cars and test drove 3 vehicles. Anthony answered my questions to the best of his ability and found the answers to the ones he couldn't answer himself. Anthony was very personable and never once made me feel like I was imposing when asking about driving another car. Once I made my decision, the transaction was smooth and quick. The finance department was quick and professional. All in all, a great purchasing experience. I've always been happy with the customer service and quality of Freeway Ford. It is our families third vehicle from them and we will recommend and purchase again in the future. Thank you! More

Awesome service Brought our vehicle to Freeway Ford for an oil change as well as for them to retrieve our seat belt that had slipped under the seat. Your quick or express service is no longer quick or fast. Why are you using your quick service program to do your recalls? Don’t you realize that your customers like being able to stop by and get their new ca Why are you using your quick service program to do your recalls? Don’t you realize that your customers like being able to stop by and get their new car purchased from you serviced. When I stopped by to get my new car serviced and was told it would be a two hour wait. If you are going to be doing this I suggest that you allow any new car customers to make an appointment to get cars serviced. I thought this was started as a convenient service for your customers. More
