When calling for the appointment, the individual on the phone had no "friendliness" in his voice. Sounded like he was mad. When I picked up my vehicle, the woman at the cashier's desk was very friendly and the individual who brought my car around was equally as nice. However, when I went into the service area to ask the price of a couple of things, the service guy, again, was not very friendly. Not even a hello. All I got was "Can I help you?" Kind of rude. More

diagnostic on radio after a pop, and quiting after 2 hours the people in Service, and Dealership are top notch but I have a problem with paying for a diagnostic on my car when I brought, and extended warranty. the people in Service, and Dealership are top notch but I have a problem with paying for a diagnostic on my car when I brought, and extended warranty. The radio problem I am experiencing is a common problem among Ford owners. In fact I work with a lady that is also experiencing the same problem. I think it is not acceptable that I had to pay $160 for this diagnostic check.. In addition when I drove off there was a dummy light on, and now I have to bring the car back in because the service tech left his equipment in my car, and my cruse control got disconnected. I at the point that I am seriously looking at new/use vehicle because mine is getting old. I have thought of getting the ford Ranger truck because I really liked my last 2 but If this is what I have to deal with in a Ford automobile I think I will redirect my option to a brand that will stand by, and take care of their customer without charging them insane fee's.
