He made my transition from a purchase to a lea I am very excited to share my great experience at Freeway Ford with my favorite car "guru" Brian Ward. He made my transition from a purchase to a lease a breeze. He was quick to provide me with the new car information within an hour of initially speaking. I am now in a 2019 Escape coming from a 2016 Escape and I am so happy! Brian showed me the new auto features and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable with the Escape. I will continue to work with Brian Ward in the future with my auto purchases/leases. The other staff at the dealership are all very kind and personable. (Gregg, R.J. & C.J.)
