Refinance tips Ford gave me $7500 in rebates, but I had to accept Ford Credit to finance my new F150 in order to get the rebates. That had a very high nose bleed in Ford gave me $7500 in rebates, but I had to accept Ford Credit to finance my new F150 in order to get the rebates. That had a very high nose bleed interest rate. I would have to pay $14,400 in interest, thus wiping out all my rebates and trade in allowance. Joe Daniels at Freeway Ford, the business manager ,recommended an immediate refinance with my credit union upon receiving my new title. I did this, and am now saving $11,400 in interest and taking 2 years off my loan. And I get to keep the rebates! This makes my new truck purchase more bearable financially. Friendly Service I went to the quick lube to get a couple of things worked on. The tech had a issue getting a part off my car which caused a delay. Dream Come True. So I wasn’t actually looking to buy a car at that moment in time because I didn’t believe it would ever actually happen. I played a little hard ball with her but they never changed there sales approach or got upset.
