I've never trusted anyone else to service the truck I call "SuperGirl" because they know what they are doing, they get it done right, and they always know that truck repairs aren't cheap so let's make sure we do the best job we can for the customer. I hate to buy truck repairs, but when they need to be done, Super Girl always gets taken to Freeway. More

Informative and Respectful I like to do my own car work, but sometimes I just can't diagnose the problems. I told this to Tyler at Freeway Ford and they performed their diagnosi I like to do my own car work, but sometimes I just can't diagnose the problems. I told this to Tyler at Freeway Ford and they performed their diagnosis and let me know what repair they would do. They provided me a full parts list as well as an estimate on the work. Tyler even answered my service questions about which bolts I should be replacing and a recommendation on adjusting my service intervals. I was really pleased with the attention they provided even knowing I wasn't going to have them do the service so I made sure to at least purchase the parts from them. More

Did not meet initial ETA on repair, but went the extra mile My car was not ready as initially promised, but the rep went the extra mile to ensure I had a rental ready with minimal delay. He also washed my car TWICE, as it had sat outside all weekend. 2 other items to note: 1) I never received followup phone calls, for either checking on the initial appt., nor when it was finally finished the following day. I had to initiate a phone call to check status each time. 2) Each time I called the service dept. (3 times to sched. appt, and each status check), I was placed on hold for an EXCESSIVE amount of time. Once as long as 10 minutes. That MUST be improved!!! More
