When I arrived, I had zero wait for check-in, all costs were accurately quoted ahead of time, I was able to use a coupon they'd mailed me, and my Quick Lane account (loyalty-rewards accumulating). I got a timely phone call when the service was done, noticed it was shiny from the complementary car wash when I arrived, and the check-out/payment was smoothly handled. My question about the details for the recall service were politely and completely answered. Being able to plan the times for essential car service work and combine all items made my day much easier.
