Warranty Recall Received a letter from Ford about a warranty recall on the rear suspension toe link on my 2017 Explorer. When I brought the car in, Dean, the service Received a letter from Ford about a warranty recall on the rear suspension toe link on my 2017 Explorer. When I brought the car in, Dean, the service advisor explained to me I was a week early from my scheduled appointment, but not to worry he could fit me in. Due to this, it took a bit longer than it would have, but I was happy to be fit in and have it done. He also explained that if they found my wheels out of alignment, they could do the alignment for about half price than if I had it done at a later time. I gave him permission to go ahead with that also. Car was done on time and it drives great with the alignment. More

Two tires were not there as promised. I brought my SUV in Monday at 7 and the service department was very, very busy. I needed two new front tires and they were to be ordered and in stock I brought my SUV in Monday at 7 and the service department was very, very busy. I needed two new front tires and they were to be ordered and in stock on Tuesday when I came back for the tire mounts and balance. However, when I arrived, the tires were not in and I had to come back two hours later. Again the service desk was unusually busy and congested. No big deal but, I have always had quicker service than this. More

transmission problem I took my 2014 Ford Cmax hybrid (nearly 95,000 miles) to Freeway Ford service because it had started to make a strange noise when it was regenerating I took my 2014 Ford Cmax hybrid (nearly 95,000 miles) to Freeway Ford service because it had started to make a strange noise when it was regenerating the battery while idling. The reason I picked Freeway Ford is because they had very good service reviews on this site! It understandably took a couple hours for them to diagnose the issue but it turns out there was a major problem with the transmission that required a replacement (still in progress.) Thankfully, the replacement will be covered since the hybrid has a 100,000 mile warranty, and my service advisor, Dean Gustafson, was great about getting a loaner for me (covered by Ford) because I had to go out of town for the weekend. I'm looking forward to getting my vehicle back and will review again after that, but wanted to share that it had been a really good experience so far. (Shout-out also to Loretta in service reception who was super nice!) More
