But the latest interaction was not entirely positive. I brought my car in to get a recall repair. I also requested the appropriate mileage service for my vehicle, as I have the pre-paid maintenance plan. I dropped it off before service opened, and was filling out the key drop as a service manager came out to greet me and ask about the service. I told him the 35k mile service, and he mentioned a brake fluid flush. Not knowing exactly what the plan covered I said sure. However, I didn't know that this service was not covered, so I was surprised to see a charge for $90 on my bill when I picked the vehicle up. I accept some responsibility, as I should know what is covered, but it should have been noted that this service is not included in the package before the work was completed to make sure that was a desired service. More
