Quick Lane service Got the managers special, oil change, tire rotation, new wipers. I got a discount coupon in the mail and with that find it to be a very good deal. Quick, but caring service My car was giving an error message so I called to bring it in. The scheduler tried her best to get me in as soon as possible. The day I brought it in My car was giving an error message so I called to bring it in. The scheduler tried her best to get me in as soon as possible. The day I brought it in to Freeway Ford, they got me checked in. They offered to take me to get food and when I turned them down, someone escorted me to the waiting area. The new waiting area is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Employees checked on me multiple times to make sure I didn't need anything as I waited. It was less then an hour before Dean came to tell me what was wrong with my car. Thankfully they diagnosed and fixed it all very quickly! They just charged me the diagnostic fee and even washed the car for me. I've been a customer of theirs for years and was reminded of why on this visit. Thanks so much for taking good car of me and my car! More

3 stars only because in the end it got fixed When I bought the truck I was told it at sync 3 with Apple car play. When I got home and plugged in a usb cable I found I did not. I called my salesma When I bought the truck I was told it at sync 3 with Apple car play. When I got home and plugged in a usb cable I found I did not. I called my salesman and he said stop in and they will fix it. I arrived at the service center and they laughed at me and said they didn’t have an appointment available for two weeks. My salesman should have told me to make an appointment before I drove there. When I arrived at my appointment two weeks later they did not have the media stack on the things to fix on my truck. So again I went to talk to my salesman. He then brought over a manager to tell me they don’t fix things if they were not in writing when I purchased the truck. Even though I had a been told by my salesman it had it. And have texts messaging also saying it had it. In the end he’s said they would fix it this one time. More
