Not Great Service I just didn't feel the service was great! Felt like the guys was just checking boxes to get me in and out. From the beginning I just felt like he didn't care about my issue. I mentioned my issue and he basically said he didn't think they could check for it. I pushed back and said there is nothing you can do. He said they could look. Called me and basically said they looked and didn't see anything. So now what?? I drive a car with an issue or do I try another dealer. I just felt like he didn't care and wanted to get me in and out. More

Repeat Repairs Stemming From Warranty Had to bring my car back for the second time since a massive warranty repair was done on the engine approximately 2,000 miles ago. When I called, an appointment was set for Wednesday but the rep spent time trying to sell me new tires rather than completing the appointment booking so I lost my spot and had to be seen the next day. Rental car was promised when I arrived but not ready. Was told the problem was not covered by warranty even though it was clearly connected to the engine work previously. Still waiting for service manger to call to discuss problem. I used to always rate Freeway 5 stars but the quality of work has significantly dropped over the past 12 months More
