Instead, I later discovered that the dealership had started my warranty nearly nine months before my purchase date—without ever informing me. At the time of sale, I was given a signed “We Owe” document stating that my warranty would be 42 months/42,000 miles from my purchase date. But when I checked later, I found out that Freeway Ford had already activated my warranty on April 30, 2024—cutting nearly a year off my coverage. When I confronted them, they refused to honor the agreement and instead claimed I was “verbally informed”—which never happened. This was never disclosed at the time of sale, and I would have never purchased the truck had I known. On top of that, I ended up paying more than I should have for a vehicle that wasn’t properly represented. This dealership does not stand by its contracts, misleads customers, and refuses to take accountability. If you’re considering buying from Freeway Ford, be extremely cautious. Double-check all paperwork, because once you sign, they may try to change the terms and leave you stuck with less than you agreed to. I regret trusting this dealership, and I want others to be aware of their deceptive practices. More
I live out of state and Bought a used Toyota pickup from Freeway Ford over a month ago. I paid in full. I contacted Freeway 4 or more times to get the Title, tags and license plates. The 3rd time I talked to the General Manager and he said he would look into it and call back. He never returned my call. I then texted the salesman again and was told the girls in back were taking care of it. Then I received an email from UPS , a next day air shipping tracking number. For the last two days it has not left Freeway Ford. It was a stall tactic. Oh and I never received temporary dealership tags. So here I sit with a truck I can't legally drive for over a month!,, More
This dealership is in serious need of work. I was working with the General Manager Rob Steward through some issues I am having with a vehicle I purchased from this dealership. They not only fail to stand by their product, but they treat their customers about as poorly as possible given the professional setting. Some of the highlights of what I was told throughout my experience are: "You must not be a valued customer and are just a guy looking for free stuff" (This one year after spending $40,000 on an explorer). "How do I know you didn't take the lug nuts off yourself and wreck them". And my all time favorite "I couldn't care less if we lose you as a customer, we deal with upset customers all them time". I am not surprised! Find a different Ford dealership, this one is not worth the frustrations that await you down the road. More

I bought a new car there a couple months ago and totally regret it. So many things have gone wrong with it already and I haven't even put a 1000 miles on it. If I could give this a zero, I would. They took FULL advantage of my mother who came in to buy anew vehicle. She had the vehicle for 2 weeks and ever since has had nothing but issues. Very poor customer service. They reached out a week before Thanksgiving to let me know of a couple recalls they had done to my vehicle in the past that they wanted to re-check as they believe they may before Thanksgiving to let me know of a couple recalls they had done to my vehicle in the past that they wanted to re-check as they believe they may have been done incorrectly or not at all. The first appointment they had was the day before Thanksgiving (11/24). They even offered a free oil change for the inconvenience, but the work had to be done prior to the end of the month (super tight time frame). I was unable to make that work when I live 30+ miles away. At the end of the first week of December (12/7 to be exact), I reached back out via text (the way they have been communicating with me so far, and on the same thread) inquiring about an appointment for the repairs.... No response... January 6 almost a month later, I am now having issues with my door latches that were part of one of the recalls they wanted to re-inspect. I decided to call to get an appointment setup and was put on hold multiple times for over 10 min, I asked for a call back, they agreed. Over 3 hours pass no call back. I call back in and ask to talk to the service manager to let them know of my issues and that all I would like to do is get my vehicle fixed, and for the troubles see if they would still honor the free oil change. The service manager told me that the window for the re-inspection of the repairs expired at the end of last year and they would no longer be able to do that and I should wait until Ford re-submits a recall for the issue sometime in the near future (door not latching, and becoming un-latched at highway speeds). He also advised me that they would not be doing the oil change as that time had passed. This seemed wrong on many levels and horrible customer service so I asked to talk to the GM as this didn't seem right that I am having an issue with a repair they did, they previously wanted to look at and now they won't. The GM stated that I should have came in before the end of November to make this all easier for them, stated they for sure would not do any courtesy oil change and that it would be best if I went to another Ford Dealership to have the warranty work inspected and done. HORRIBLE experience, I highly do not recommend... Go elsewhere. More

After an hour drive round trip, they called and told me the service was actually meant for the explorer (that I actually bought from there). So they sent text on wrong vehicle. Then bait and switched on services which aren't even Ford recommended but based on some lower mileage recommendation (which in itself took two passes because the first recommendation list was on the explorer). I have some serious trust issues with these guys and will never go back again. Tad nervous my vehicle will be tinkered with and will break down soon after this 'free' simple oil change and bait and switch for needless services. More

Sales and Finance sold the warranty, Ford paid the graphics and shelving The Transit Van is Junk from Day 1 None of the three work there AS EXPECTED More
Just purchased a new vehicle and was completely satisfied. I have had issues in the past so I was pleasantly surprised this time.
