Never enough time to do it right Even if you leave the car for two and a half days so they can make sure they understand the problem they still didn't get it fixed properly. And of course they say "Bring it back in and we will get it taken care of" Well that is a HUGE inconvenience and you had plenty of time to do it right the first time. Also couldn't hear a particular noise that everyone who rides in my car asks about. Maybe that was because the stereo was turned up too loud (IT was way loud when I got back in the car) So now the two things I went there for still not right. One partially fixed and the other not even addressed. I won't be going back and waste my precious time and money here. More

They were rude and very short and on almost brand-new loaded Malibu they should have at least found the root of the problem before saying there is no way Chevy would cover it. More

DO NOT BUY FROM FREEWAY CHEVY YOU'LL REGRET IT I bought a "Brand New Chevy Cruz" not used but brand new making sure that is very clear. I was taking it in for the routine check ups having oil chan I bought a "Brand New Chevy Cruz" not used but brand new making sure that is very clear. I was taking it in for the routine check ups having oil changed and supposedly tires rotated and balanced. Now usually you can trust that the dealership is doing there JOB, not at Freeway Chevy they say they are rotating your tires and balancing but truelly there not. My car had 25k exactly 1 year after I bought it, I just had the "so called 5 point inspection and oil change done 2 weeks prior" when I come outside and I have a flat. I think nothing of it, I pull the tire off and it has Steel cord showing on the inner side of the tire. SO I pull the passenger tire it had Steel cords showing. I theneed of course pissed off I pull the rear and they have no wear. In the one year they have had my vehicle prob 6 times they haven't once checked the tires or seen that they were wearing wrong to maybe align the front to end.. I mean holy xxxx the car is brand new well don't worry Freeway I am not wasting my time with your class act idiots anymore. I HOPE YOU ALL GET FIRED THAT'S WHAT YOU DESERVE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. More

I got my paperwork and went where I was told. The people behind me had their vehicles brought to them first. 15 minutes later a person asked me if I was there to pick up a vehicle....... finally got my unwashed finger prints everywhere truck! And for some reason a work bucket was on my backseat!!#!! More

One tire purchase It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to purchase 1 tire. Terrible wait time. The mechanic put the new tire on the wrong side. Beware of Hidden Service Charges Servicing of my Chevrolet has been above average and always included parts replacement. However today was my first LABOR ONLY visit for a four wheel Servicing of my Chevrolet has been above average and always included parts replacement. However today was my first LABOR ONLY visit for a four wheel alignment and was charged an absurd 10% extra for "SHOP SUPPLIES" above and beyond the original service quote. In addition I was charged sales tax for the "SHOP SUPPLIES". Not one person could tell me exactly what SHOP SUPPLIES were consumed for the WHEEL ALIGNMENT! Only explanation was that this was customary practice at ALL automotive service facilities - dealers and non-dealers. So I called every other Chevy dealer in the valley. Guess what? The only other dealer that charges SHOP SUPPLIES for wheel alignment is Chapman and if you read Freeway's website, they are part of the Chapman Automotive Group. Well my factory warranty runs out soon and you can bet I will NOT be running back soon to Freeway for service. More
