Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We should NEVER be rude and we should always introduce ourselves. You purchased a damaged vehicle at the auction. You want the damage covered under warranty. We do this every day-- You also refused to pay the diagnosis fee for us to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately we do not offer free diagnosis. Chevrolet will cover all malfunctioning and broken parts… however they will not cover damaged parts. Unfortunately you will have to pay for these repairs. You refused and there was frustration on both sides and you used a lot of foul language. Not against the law but we do not tolerate foul language on our property. We certainly apologize for any rudeness on our part and we certainly wish you the best of luck going forward.

We take great pride in providing you with great service and a full safety inspection. We also have installed 2 tire tread depth machines on the service drive that all cars must run over when going into line for the lube department. Acopy of your results is put in your vehicle every time you come in.I don't understand how we failed you, but we did please contact me at 480-735-0302 and i'll pay for both front tires. Hello Mr. Yates, I apologize for the length of time in getting back to you. I wanted to talk with everyone involved in the work that was performed on your vehicle. The work performed on your vehicle was for an A/C compressor and A/C line which is located in the engine compartment. We didn’t have to remove the dash or any sort of trim pieces inside of your truck to complete this repair for you. Your truck is 13 years old and when I looked at the cracked dash with you the dash was basically falling apart in our hands. I did try looking at video from the cameras on our lot and was unable zoom into the truck. The dash wasn’t damaged here, but we will definitely help you out with the cost of repair if that is what you choose to do . If you are interested please give me a call at 480-735-0302. The supplies are generated automatically and are reflected on every repair. The supply charges go to multiple supplies and services needed to keep our facility up to date so we can provide the best service possible to you and your vehicle. The alignment machine used has to be maintained and the most up to date calibrations to ensure the alignment is perfect. In review of you comments I do feel we should not have this charge on a labor only repair.
