World Class Experience Every Time I wish I had known about this website years ago...some dealers’ ears would be burning. We moved from Colorado and have our vehicles serviced here. Rick Pool (?) is our Service Manager. He is courteous, respectful, and actually calls back when he says he will. I had our Suburban in for a noise issue I had trouble describing. Rick asked a mechanic, I think his name is Steve, to ride with me to listen for the intermittent noise. Luckily the truck made the noise during the drive, and Steve knew right away what the problem was. I was very impressed with his courtesy, patience, knowledge and technical expertise. I made an appointment with Rick for a later date, and Steve did the repair work under warranty. Now we always go to Rick and request that Steve work on our vehicles. We enjoy the the customer waiting area, including the complimentary internet, donuts and drinks. The receptionist even provides us with drinking water. Kudos to the man in charge of the dealership. He has put together a great team of people who know how to make a customer feel valued. If the Sales Department is as good as the Service Department our new vehicles will definitely be bought here. All of the service managers are knowledgeable and experienced - every time I bring one of my vehicles in for service I get a smile and a "welcome back!" When I pick up the vehicle it has been washed, all fluids topped up, air pressure adjusted in all the tires, etc. - service above and beyond, I will never go anywhere else for my cars and service! (* ask for Kenya in sales!). More

My suburban only a year old and 22,000 miles, not only was it so bad that I didn't have any warranty work done there..they had the nerve to still charge me $109 even when I was going to have a warranty issue serviced there. I was so annoyed at their thieving of me and I am sure other GM customers I paid them and had the work done at a reputatble dealership. If I could give no stars I would.. More

Left my vehicle for oil change and air bag indicator diagnosis on a Friday morning. Had to call myself at 330pm to check status of vehicle, was told warranty inspector would need to come out, 1 to 2 business days...no car (our only vehicle) over the weekend nor for the first half of the week. Richard Poole was not very pleasant when I stated I needed my vehicle reassembled so I could pick it up (I have school age children that need transportation to and from school functions). 6pm Friday night, a loaner just happens to show up, "I ripped it from her hands" said Richard Poole. When we returned the loaner Josh Roman and Lonny Ulibarri accused us of having a dog in the vehicle (which we never did) and a full detail would be charged to us. When my wife made the comment that dog hair could have easily been tracked in from clothing or shoes, Lonny Ulibarri actually told my wife that "you should use a lint roller on yourself before getting into the vehicle". Once Lonny realized he wasn't going to win the hair battle, he quickly changed stories to "your contact says that the loaner is to be detailed by us before returning", my wife had copy of contract in hand, not written anywhere. In the end, they of course did not charge us and stated "you will never be allowed in one of my cars again" to which my wife said "good, we won't be doing any business with you anyways". Don't ever be afraid to stand up for yourselves, people like Rick, Josh and Lonny try to walk all over people, don't fall for it. More
