Honored their warranty on dealer installed tint I bought a Chevy Malibu new from this dealership. At the time there was an indication that the dealer installed window tint had a lifetime warranty. After about 5 years the visibility out the rear windshield started to deteriorate and it became very difficult and a safety issue. When I asked Rick Pool from the service center, he investigated the issue and let me know it would be covered. He also arranged to provide a loaner since we are more than ten miles away. I like working with Rick. He is friendly, easy to work with and is more conscientious and courteous than your typical service advisor. When the time comes it is very likely I will be heading back to this dealership for our next Chevy vehicle purchase. It's not as close as some of the other dealerships but I value the friendly service and trust that they'll take care of issues after a vehicle purchase. More
