Freeway Chevrolet - Service Center

Very poor service I made three trips until now to this dealer for a recall required service. I received a call today from Chris to let me know that finally they receiv I made three trips until now to this dealer for a recall required service. I received a call today from Chris to let me know that finally they received the parts and asked me if I can get my car in today. I sked how long would the repair takes and he answered up to three hours. .I dropped the car at 1:00pm and took the shuttle home, I needed my car before 6:30, so I called the dealer to check on the status and it took me over half an hour to get Chris on the phone, who told me that the car won't be done till tomorrow, that they will be closing in 20 minutes, and they don't have any shuttle to pick me up so I can take my car back. I took a cab and made it in time before they closed. Of course the repair was not done and I will have to schedule and waste another day to get that recall done. WORST SERVICE EVER !!! More

Allen in Service: Thank you Purchased a brand new vehicle at Freeway a few months ago; and I was concerned because an indicator light kept showing up on the dash. Made contact wi Purchased a brand new vehicle at Freeway a few months ago; and I was concerned because an indicator light kept showing up on the dash. Made contact with Freeway, I was linked to Allen and he was so friendly and listened to my concerns. Allen had an appointment set for me the next day; morning. I was a little worried; showed Allen the indicator light code that was on the dash. Allen knew right away what was going on and after service was complete, Allen informed the issue I was having was a manufacturer issue. I hope I get to work with him again anytime I experience any manufacturer concerns. Besides the service, Allen even got me in for an oil change. I was pleased. Thank you again Allen. More
