This place is a nightmare. Sold us a new car with a cracked transmission and then made the whole experience of getting it replaced a nightmare. I recently came back from a trip needing an oil change and tire rotation, I called and was able to get the vehicle in the same day! They recommended the 45,000 mile service which was $$$ but required. My and tire rotation, I called and was able to get the vehicle in the same day!
