Typical car dealership! they tell you how they are the small town dealership with customer service after the sale etc.. Then you buy a car which breaks down a week later and then you see the true side! No small town dealership with customer service after the sale etc.. My experience with Fairway Ford was excellent! I had lots of questions and needed lots of clarification - all of which I received. I was never made to feel unintelligent because of my lack of knowledge lots of questions and needed lots of clarification - all of which I received. I would highly recommend my sales person, Mark Tanner. He was friendly, responsive, he listened and made certain he understood what I was looking for! Ryan called me looking for a used Fusion. I wasn't thinking of trading as I had a 2011 Fusion which I truly loved.(had it for 2 years). But wife is retiring and thought a new 2012 would be a great way thinking of trading as I had a 2011 Fusion which I truly loved.(had it for 2 years). But wife is retiring and thought a new 2012 would be a great way to start -can finally keep the miles low - (as her drive to Durand to Rockford everyday would be cut out!).
