I brought my vehicle in for a service and was told it would take 2-3 hours. At the 2 hour mark I was told we were looking at 4-5 hours. At the 4 and a half hour mark I was told that my car hadn't been to would take 2-3 hours. At the 2 hour mark I was told we were looking at 4-5 hours. At the 4 and a half hour mark I was told that my car hadn't been touched, and the part that needed to be installed had to be assembled and would take at least an hour. This was on top of the previous hours that hadn't been done, and I was assured that my car would not be ready by the end of the day. I showed up at 9am and left a 3pm without my car being serviced. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. It's worth the drive. More
