I have had multiple visits here. The staff are all friendly. I had an initial great experience with Chris Samler, who sold me a Certified PreOwned Lexus. Shout-out to Lars also, who plainly discussed the pros and cons of various service packages. My subsequent visits were all with service personnel, mostly for maintenance, thank goodness. All the service personnel are knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly. Freeman Lexus (and Freeman Toyota) are family-owned, and the pride of ownership shows. I highly recommend this dealership both for sales and service. I read some of the negative reviews here and they are so far off of my experience that they make no sense to me. In all my contacts with Freeman Lexus, they have always spoken and acted with integrity. More

All of my family members bought car here when come the service it’s not Lexus service. People are not very nice they don’t do good job. Summer Fun! We just drove up the coast to get a convertible LCertified Pre Owned for the summer. Horrible service department April 2017. I needed four new tires and an oil change. I made it clear that I absolutely, positively HAD to have my car ready by 2:00 pm, or I couldn April 2017. I needed four new tires and an oil change. I made it clear that I absolutely, positively HAD to have my car ready by 2:00 pm, or I couldn't leave it. Brought it in at 8:30, per my appointment. I tried to check the status at 1:00 but my service adviser (Calli) was gone until 2:00. At 2:00 I was told it would be one more hour. At 3:30 I walked into the service area and saw my car was not being serviced. Eric, the service manager, was as unconcerned as the service adviser. Nobody cared...at all. I was planning to buy another Lexus, but not anymore. More
Insulting Pre Service Inspection When you go in for service, the first thing they do is an almost microscopic inspection of your car exterior for the smallest imperfections. This isn' When you go in for service, the first thing they do is an almost microscopic inspection of your car exterior for the smallest imperfections. This isn't simply self-protection. They don't examine the interior and dishonest customers could also claim an upholstery rip was their fault. Anyway the smallest exterior issues (where there is no dent) are easily resolved in a minute or two with rubbing compound. This is more than just paranoid lawyers. After all restaurants, garages, and some medical centers, do valet parking with the same potential for abuse. Yet, none of these do this kind of inspection in my experience. This can only be construed as an attempt to intimidate customers but doing so to an honest customer is simply insulting. I can easily take my Lexus to a Diamond Certified, privately owned, repair shop that doesn't insult me with this kind of behavior. If Freeman Lexus thinks this is necessary I think I won't go there for service. More
