....a big round of applause to the maintenance team at Matthews Chrsyler; from the time you roll into the service bay and you're greeted before even getting out of your car its all about ME the customer.. I always get coupons and most times when I get there there's an even better special available. My 2nd favorite thing is their timeliness - routine maintenance shouldn't take a long time and at Matthews Chrysler it doesn't - I love my little Sebring and I love the Gary Matthews Dealership. This was the best service I have ever experienced among different dealerships. They were very friendly, prompt, and kept me informed while I waited. I have started to come to you because Joey, Amy and Jones moved to your location. I really didin't like your location's service BEFORE you took after from the former dealer. so I was not comfortable coming moved to your location. I do believe "good sevice is worse to pay the price". But as living with budget person, only my wish is the time won't come to the end that I need to give up this great sevice because of my budget won't much to it (lol). More
We were en route from Michigan to Florida in our RV Sprinter van. On the freeway, we started to experience lack of acceleration. We were advised to go to Gary Mathews to see Joey, considered to be The Sprinter van. On the freeway, we started to experience lack of acceleration. We were advised to go to Gary Mathews to see Joey, considered to be The Master Mechanic of Sprinter Vans. We were immediately greeted by Charles Moores who was both professional and friendly. He, too, assured us that Joey had the expertise to solve our problem. Joey did, indeed, help us out by diagnosing the problem and finding a solution within an hour. (We were already thinking that we might have to find a hotel for the night!) Much to our relief, we were back on the road in little over an hour. Now that is remarkable service! We left the Nashville area with very positive feelings for Gary Mathews of Nashville. More
I have got to say, I used to do all my own services on my vehicles, but with the ease and cost efficency of Gary Mathews in Nashville, it is simply smarter and easier to bring it in for their service dept to vehicles, but with the ease and cost efficency of Gary Mathews in Nashville, it is simply smarter and easier to bring it in for their service dept to do. They always let me know if there is something I should be concerned about with my vehicles and they are upfront with issues. I currently own 3 vehicles, '01 Ram 1500, '04 Dakota, and '07 Suburban and they are in the Gary Mathews service system. I have reccomended my son to bring his car there for service as well. More
I have owened my Sprinter for 7 years and have visited probably 15 different dealerships . No dodge dealership comes close to Matthews , Joey the mechanic is a highly skilled craftsman and takes the small probably 15 different dealerships . I have never been to another dealer where any one gave a da@# about me or my vehicle , the service I received was above the bar and saved me considerable $$ from what other dealers would have charged. I am so happy that I found this dealership. If I keep my sprinter for another 7 years no one but Matthews will ever touch it, and I will tell every sprimnter owner I encounter about them. they don't get 5 stars the get 500 stars, they are that much better . My husband and I have lived in the Nashville area for a little over a year. After an unpleasant experience with a nearby Chrysler dealer, we started using Gary Mathews of Nashville for routine maintenance little over a year. After an unpleasant experience with a nearby Chrysler dealer, we started using Gary Mathews of Nashville for routine maintenance work on our 2006 Chrysler 300C and were very satisfied. We made a 1:30 p.m. service appointment with Gary Mathews on Oct. 11, associating some noises with braking. Finding nothing wrong with the brakes, a nice technician took us on a test drive. Listening to us, he soon made the noises happen at will and assured us he knew the problem. (Did not catch his name, but he was impressive.) However, when we got an estimate of the repair costs, it seemed reasonable to look at a new car. The Service Manager quickly introduced us to Dulce Cadogan. I am a strong supporter of the ERA, but never had a woman sell us a car before, but Dulce or "Dee" confidently demonstrated her abilities as she narrowed down our specifications. Patiently presenting choices on the computer and shuttling cars back and forth on the lot, Dee helped us determine what we wanted and it was on the lot. By now it was 5:30 p.m. and we were exhausted. Although we told Dee we were ready to buy the 2011 Chrysler 300C, we thought we should go home and sleep on it. Dee sympathized, but brought Sales Mgr. Scott Craig over to convince us that we should drive the new car home. Scott expressed concern that our old car was not safe to drive. While we signed papers with Scott, Dee moved our personal items to the new car, exchanged the license plates, and had the car detailed. Before we left, Dee connected my cell phone to the blue-tooth connection and reviewed the changes between our '06 and the '11. She has since called to learn if we have any problems. We don't and are very happy with our car and Gary Mathews Nashville. More
