I went to a few dealerships before coming to Freeland and none compare with the atmosphere and customer service I experenced at Freeland. I walked in and spoke with Dean. He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. He is new there but he was able to get me the information I needed. I knew the class of car I wanted, what I could put down and what I wanted to pay each month. I had my eye on the 2013 Chevy Sonic and immediately fell in love with the chevy sonic RS sitting on the showroom floor. That very day Sean Donaldson sat down with me to discuss financing and got me an AMAZING interest rate considering my situation. I was not ready to buy just yet but I came back the next day and test drove the vehicle. Lee walked me through all the features and the cool things I could do with my phone in the car. With the interest rate, extended warranty and the great experience I had I was ready to go for it! Sean and his team really took care of me and explained everything well, answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured like at some dealerships. I signed all the papers and went through the process and everyone was so friendly. My car took longer than expected to get ready for me so they treated my to lunch they brought in for their employees. They really take care of you and treat you right at Freeland.
