Called your dealership to look at a sedan, was possibly thinking of getting a car when got back to Sioux Falls, SD thought I'd check them out there. Karen was the salesperson that I first talked to. She was very friendly and helpful. I didn't make it down the day I said I was going to. She called me back the next day and asked me to come in, so I said I would. She was good about confirming a time to meet, but at the same time didn't come across as pushy. Karen was friendly, very caring about what I wanted. Not pushy or I would have been gone, however she had enough aggressiveness to keep me engaged and get the sale. She hasn't forgot about me either since the sale, good follow up. I trust her and would buy from her again. I would highly recommend Freeland and Karen to any of my friends and family. Lee Linton got involved toward the end of the sales process and I he also had a very positive impact on the sales process. He was very friendly. I also really had a good vibe with Sean in Finance. Can't think of his first name but he was extremely professional, had a lot of tact. Made it a point to come over and say hi the next day when I was back in. Then met with him again the extended warranty. Very good experience. Hopefully the shipping of the truck to South Dakota goes well. If it does, I can refer a lot of people from SD. More
