Felicia F. - 2015 Red Camaro I purchased a Camaro from Felicia. She is a fairly new dealer with Chevrolet. Although such is the case, it was not apparent. Felicia was courteous, p I purchased a Camaro from Felicia. She is a fairly new dealer with Chevrolet. Although such is the case, it was not apparent. Felicia was courteous, personable, empathetic, selfless, knowledgeable and compassionate. I work at the Board of Education Central Administrative Offices, Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Due to my position with the school district, my time is very limited. Often times I only have 10 minutes to eat lunch before running into meetings. Felicia was understanding of my meeting schedules, brought the car to my office, took me to and from the dealership, and even offered me lunch. I was very shocked by her drive, motivation, and general concern with my hopes of becoming a Camaro owner. I had many questions regarding the specs of the car. Felicia was able to answer the majority of my questions. When she was unable to answer the questions, she spoke with Tabris Sanders who was able to provide her with the answers. Tabris and Felicia, thank you kindly. In addition to working with Felicia and Tabris, I worked with Sean Donaldson. Although this is only the second car I've purchased my entire life, this was definitely the fastest process, ever. Sean, like Felicia, was selfless, empathetic, understanding, and more than willing to go above and beyond his position to assist me. While going through the finance process, we spoke about our personal lives and the lives of our family members. I really felt like I was a member of the Chevy family - to say the least.
