My husband bought a vehicle fromFreeland and the tire My husband bought a vehicle from Freeland and the tire pressure light was on his 2019 truck. They took it around back for abt 30 min and brought it back out w the light off(assuming they just reset it). The next day he had surgery and didn't drive his car for a week. When he went to drive it the light was on. We called and spoke with Louis Peña, the sales manager, and he told me to have him bring it back in when he got back to town and they'd "see what they could do to make it right!" My husband did just that and they told him there was nothing they could do" .. .. just needs the tires sensors replaced. We will NEVER buy a car from them again. The car also only came with one key. After negotiating my husband agreed to pay half for a second key(that should've come w a 2019 vehicle). We still don't have the second key(car was purchased on 12/9/2021). More

This place really sucks ,I have been going to this dealer for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this ba for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this badly by any other dealership.The details .I was driving down to my home from work.i put my drivers window down and it would not go up.I stopped at Friedland Chevrolet.asked the service advisor if he could help me get the window up so I can drive the car .He said he could not help me because the mechanics go home at 4:00 ,It was only 3:20 and he stated that no one could loot the car until weds of the following week and just shrugged.No wonder you have so much turnover with your employees. Lastly he told me I had to figure because he has to much work.What a joke! More

I was called by Steve Boyer to come in to get a car upgrade. Was not told that he wouldn't be in on the day I promised to come. Spoke with a Wesley who told me to go to the used car section. My last purchase was a new car off the showroom floor. I waited on the lot 30 minutes before a salesman approached me for help.I told him no I have waited 30 minutes with no help.. I almost left when Steve Uria approached me and made the experience a lot different. I have been a faithful customer for years. This experience has given me second thoughts about doing business with Freeland again. When you.go to shop make sure you have a salesman name if not you maybe waiting for hours for assistance.
