Very honest people, straight forward, and easy to deal with, at this dealership. Our sales person Bryan H. is knowledgeable about the product and is helpful on every question we asked. The test drive rout with, at this dealership. Our sales person Bryan H. is knowledgeable about the product and is helpful on every question we asked. The test drive route included a section of highway and local residential area. This gives an aspect of the car performance at various situation. The $ number presented to us including trade in was very agreeable. It's almost effertless to get a very reasonable price. Sales manager, the decision maker, Dave R. is wonderful. Forester is a very popular model that they didn't have too many in stock. He would go out of way, tried many other dealerships to get the color and the trim that we want, at no additional cost to us. The exact car was well prep'ed when we arrived to pick it up 2 days later. The whole purchase process was very smooth and was a very present experience. I will go back for service, since they offer free oil change and free loaner car, as long as you keep the car. Hope the service experience will be as good as the purchase. More
Mike was extremely helpful and very patient with us. We just love our Forrester and normally you could sit at a dealership for hours but our experience was fantastic. From the time we sat down for the test just love our Forrester and normally you could sit at a dealership for hours but our experience was fantastic. From the time we sat down for the test drive to the time we actually received a price was very minimal not like any dealership before. They were extremely respectful of our time when we went back to pick up the car we were in and out within 15 minutes something we haven't seen before. Would definitely recommend them especially Mike. He was great More

At Freehold Subaru we looked at several models - Forrester, Legacy, Imprezza. Salesman Mike Moursy was very pleasant and helpful and we had no feeling of any pressure at all. When we came back to te Forrester, Legacy, Imprezza. Salesman Mike Moursy was very pleasant and helpful and we had no feeling of any pressure at all. When we came back to test drive, and finally chose 2014 Imprezza, Mike made the process very easy, and gave us the best description of the instrumentation and features. We do not hesitate to recommend his service. More
We would definitely recommend Freehod Dodge Subaru and Mike Moursy to a friend! Freehold Dodge Subaru was not the first car dealership we visited over the past six months. Not every dealership was a t Mike Moursy to a friend! Freehold Dodge Subaru was not the first car dealership we visited over the past six months. Not every dealership was a turn off; but more often than not, the encounters with several other Freehold dealerships was unpleasant and in two cases outright scary to the point where we walked out, quickly, to get away from the saleman and out of the showroom as fast as possible. When we entered the Freehold Dodge Subaru dealership -- WOW-- we were greeted but NOT swooped on. That alone was a refreshing, welcome experience compared to "being claimed" even before you enter the door. Mike Mousy simply asked what were interested in today ... directed us to one of the vehicles on the showroom floor, and let us have a few minutes alone to look it over. Whne we finished lokng at what we wanted to see, he simply asked how he could help us further. He was so not pushy! We wanted to test drive both the Outback and Forrester. Of course, Mike was more than willing to oblige and directed us to an Outback just outside the showroom door. He explained the seat adjustment, gave us the key, and, again, surprise, let us take the car out on our own, unaccompanied by him, so that we could evaluate the ride and handling without the dsitractions of a sales pitch. When we returned, a Forrester was waiting for us to try out; again, on our own. Both cars could meet our needs very well but we thought the Outback a more solid, road-hugging and definitely heavier car. Mike showed us a model of each of the cars that had all, and in the case of the Forrester, even more amenitites. However, without injecting his own bias, Mike helped us understand all the functional difference of the cars as well as the differences in features for all the models he had on hand. All the while, there was no pressure, no pushing, no hard sell. Mike knows his products well enough and is confident enough to let these highly rated cars sell themselves. He simply (and very cooly, I might add) made sure we knew all that we needed (and wanted) to know in order to make a decision about buying a Subaru and which model was right for us. (Yes, he is a saleman afterall, and a rather good one.) Although the Forrester model we considered was impressive, we opted for the more car you get with the Outback models that appealed to us. Then came the price negotiation. We got a good price with little haggling. Perhaps we could have played the game and gotten an even better price; but we did not see sufficiently more to save versus the effort. The difference between Subaru MSRP and the really low low internet quote prices for Subaraus is nowhere near the large -- up to 20% -- spreads you see on American and more popular Japanese and Korean brands. We made the deal! Then the "dreaded" talk with the manager and financial guy. But surprise again! the manager of the dealership simply wanted to say thank you for the business and to make sure we understood the lifetime free oil changes and loaner car benefits of being a Freehold Subaru customer and understood the hours of operation of the Service Department. The "finance guy" simply explained all of our purchase and lease options -- never pushed one versus the other and did not try to pile on needless add-ons to increase the final price of the car. We took delivery of the car that day -- just a couple of hours later -- Mike made it all happen and encouraged us to take the car that day rather than wait. Mike went through everything and even offered to program othe Bluetooth Hands free with our cell phones. The next day, we got hit with a blizzard -- 12 inches of snow in Freehold, AND, I had to go to work. Talk about a baptism by fire for an all-wheel-drive. The Outback met all expectaions and then some. My wife and I are very pleased with the car, are happy with how we were treated at Freehold Dodge Subaru and with the helpful approach of Mike Moursy. My wife and I had narrowed down our new vehicle search to a Subaru. But, we were still undecided between the Forrester and the Outback. After visiting a few different Subaru dealerships, we were pleasantly a Subaru. But, we were still undecided between the Forrester and the Outback. After visiting a few different Subaru dealerships, we were pleasantly greeted by Nick Anello at Freehold Subaru, who demonstrated great understanding of our situation. Nick was very friendly and took a great deal of time to answer all our questions and was never pushing us to make a decision. We both appreciated his approach.... certainly not the stereotypical car salesman one might expect. He took his time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each option we considered and helped us narrow down our decision to the Outback. Nick spent over 3 hours with us and yet never expressed anything but a helpful friendly attitude. I highly recommend Freehold Subaru and most definitely Nick Anello! More
Great atmosphere. Very professional salesman. Went armed with paper work. Salesman explained the difference between invoice and MSRP. Showed all the paper work, of both figures and we made the deal. Do NOT trust their internet quote!!! I worked with the internet sales office to get an internet quote. It took me an hour to get to the dealership. Once I sat down with the store manager Brian Forman, he internet sales office to get an internet quote. It took me an hour to get to the dealership. Once I sat down with the store manager Brian Forman, he simply told me the internet quote is a mistake, and the new sale price will be about $1000 more. The store manager Brian Forman is very rude, and he has no respect to his customer!!! More
