Having bought cars from a number of different dealers over the years, we are in an excellent position to assess how one dealership compares with another. All of our experiences with Freehold Subaru have been top-notch and we would never consider buying a new Subaru anywhere else The management is excellent, but the salesperson, Brian Hughs, made true believers out of us. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We have purchased our last 3 cars from him and consider him pseudo-family. We absolutely trust him to advise us as to which options to select and the first price he quotes us is always lower than one we would have to fight for at another dealership. Another big issue for me was they didn't try to load up the Outback I bought with unwanted dealer installed options, such as pinstriping, wheel moldings and seat fabric protection. Great experience I purchased my Hyundai Elantra on my second trip to Freehold Dodge. I found this car through our Corporate Perks; it was “trade in”. Even though I was I purchased my Hyundai Elantra on my second trip to Freehold Dodge. I found this car through our Corporate Perks; it was “trade in”. Even though I wasn’t buying Subaru or Dodge, the service I received was excellent. Bryan Hughes, my salesman was courteous and professional and was a pleasure to deal with. I was not pressured throughout the buying process and Bryan answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to apply my Corporate Perks discount and work out the monthly payment that was good for me. There were a few scratches on the car, but Bryan made sure that they will be fixed if I buy a car. I just scheduled my appointment with the Dealer to do it. Also, I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with the Finance Manager, with working out the financing and extended warranty. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this Dealer to everyone. More
