Second Experience This is the second experience with Freehold Subaru. Had previously purchased a vehicle and was looking to buy the same model. My first experience with Freehold Subaru was very good. This time was basically the same. The staff especially our agent, Mort and Ira were helpful, congenial and informative. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Once we arrived at the cost of the vehicle, which was not difficult the process was smooth quick and proceeded without a glitch. In fact they revised the contract and I saved a few dollars. At pick up Mort patiently reviewed everything and introduced us to our new vehicle. Not responsive Dealership Sales never called back after 3 phone calls. Went to visit looking to buy however when there, again no response with 2 sales people at their desk look Sales never called back after 3 phone calls. Went to visit looking to buy however when there, again no response with 2 sales people at their desk looking at me and not saying a word. i guess after 20 minutes that was enough. If dealer responds to this message please note sales people were not busy with other customers as I was the only one in there. More
