He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. I was particularly impressed with Sean's willingness to work on a Sunday to give me insurance details so I would have it ready beforehand. He also spent time with my 100-pound German Shepherd, Ranger, while I was finalizing the purchasing process! The overall car buying process was quick and efficient. Sean was very organized and kept me updated on the status of my order. He also made sure that I understood all of the paperwork involved in the purchase. We have been buying all of our vehicles except for one at Freehold Dodge/Subaru over the last 25 years now and we keep coming back because we have never had a bad experience. In these trying times, we were worried that we would be disappointed this time around. It was quite the opposite. This dealership has raised the bar to make sure that they continue to develop long term customers. No gouging here! This is our first Subaru and we intended to compare the Subaru Forester by going down the road to compare with a new Toyota Rav4 as we were trading in our old Rav4. We took a test drive of the Forrester, and we were wowed. We still intended to check out a new Rav4 next. Our salesman, BRIAN HYNES, is such a wonderful human being. He is extremely personable and there was no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions which were many as we never owned a Subaru. We would definitely work with him again for our next vehicle. Our final purchase decision depended on what we were offered on our trade-in. The offer was extremely fair so we decided to skip that trip down the highway and we purchased the 2023 Subaru Limited that we test drove. They offered same day delivery but we decided to pick-up the next day. To recap, BRYAN HYNES is the salesman to ask for and Freehold Dodge/Subaru is where you want to go! More
