Buying a car from Freeholed was an excelent experience. I did alot of research on the internet for both the new car and my trade in. I found Freehold from truecar.com and contacted them because they had a gr did alot of research on the internet for both the new car and my trade in. I also went into another dealership and also got 5 other dealer pricing via email. when I contacted freehold I asked for a specific color car and the my contact verified that the car was on th lot and even pulled the key from the new car board so to be sure I would it would be there when I came in. They also worked out a fair value range for my trade, so that when i came in I would know that the trade in would not be an issue. whae I got to dealer the deal was exactly as negotiated over the internet and the only surprise was how easy it was. I just purchased a 2012 Subaru Forester from Freehold Subaru. I have purchased numerous new and used cars over the years and this dealership far exceeded all expectations. They were very professional in Subaru. I have purchased numerous new and used cars over the years and this dealership far exceeded all expectations. They were very professional in every aspect, and met all my needs. My first encounter was with Ira Gross, the Internet Sales Manager, who gave me a great quote online and never strayed from that price (meaning unnessessary add ons), and it was nice to see that the doc fees were not inflated. A big plus for me was that Ira wasn't pushy, and was very prompt in responding to my questions. I actually drove a little farther to deal with them because of this. When my car was ready, Mike Moursy did all my paperwork and got me out the door in under 2 hours; including doing my financing paperwork. Even the business office, which I usually really dread...uh, oh,here come the extras....wasn't a hard sell. Everything went so smoothly, that I actually enjoyed the experience. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone, and will be back again. More
