My wife and I are the type of buyers who want help in buying a car - not to have a sales person sell us a car. It's also our experience that the dealership philosophy is the same as everyone else we've worked with exhibited the same positive traits. We also liked his approach that if Brian didn't know an answer to one of our numerous questions, he would get an answer from someone who did - rather than making up something. He was extremely patient with us, working thru every question we had and addressing every detail. We would whole heartedly recommend both Brian and the dealership to any friend looking to acquire a Subaru. A huge plus was the presentation of the car when we arrived to pick it up. While other dealers were as courteous, I felt Freehold Subaru was more helpful in answering very specific questions about the vehicle, trim level\options, and finance numbers. Ira Gross and Shane Boyce were, in particular, very accomodating. I felt I could trust them, and such a comfort level is necessary for a returning customer. I also had my car serviced there and it was smooth, quick, and convenient. I love my Subaru, and will return to Freehold Subaru when its time for a new vehicle! More

I purchased a 2011 WRX from Freehold Subaru and my overall experience with them has been great. I've managed to get a new car within 2.5 hours (including test drive, brief negotiation and signing all overall experience with them has been great. I've managed to get a new car within 2.5 hours (including test drive, brief negotiation and signing all the paperwork). Everyone at the dealership that I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating. I've brought with me a TrueCar certificate which they've honored and even lowered the price a bit more. The only reason I would rate them 4 for Quality of Work is because there was no windshield washer fluid in the car - not a big deal but still a nuisance. More
