When I got the car home, and looked at it the following day, I noticed a dent in the roof. We had all unfortunately missed it the night we purchased the vehicle. Nevertheless, I called Mike right away not knowing how we could fix the problem. Both he and his manager Tony could not have been more apologetic. They found me a matching Subaru Legacy and a couple of days later swapped out the cars with no hassle. At this time my family and I are thrilled with the car.
