This dealership does not favor Black customers I was treated very poorly because of my color despite giving over 20,000 as a down payment . I bought my car in November 2nd online with a pick up date of treated very poorly because of my color despite giving over 20,000 as a down payment . I bought my car in November 2nd online with a pick up date of 11/6 . When I arrived on the 6th at around 10am mycar as not ready. I was told it needed to be detailed . So around 1pm I was informed it was ready . I sit in the car and and the car is calling for an oil change and front brake pads . I tell the mechanic he says he would fix it . Along with the back tail light was broke the mechanic Jose had his 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER come out take the VIN # and mileage so the part could be ordered from BMW.. So now it’s 4pm and im leaving the dealership no one offered me anything to eat or drink. I was called maybe 2-3 weeks stating my light was in . I arrive at the dealership and JOSE tells me his daughter told him the wrong part of the taillight . The top was ordered instead of the bottom part that was in February. Since then I have been hung up on . Left on hold told it was ordered and still no light .. not to mention JOSE PUT NEW PADS ON OLD ROTATORS CAUSING ME TO GET BOTH NEW ROTATORS AND PADS just 2 months after having the car !! How do you find the owner of this business at this point i will be filing in small claims court along with going to the News . DID I MENTION MY NEW CAR WAS ON E, I had to put my on gas in More

Single handledly the worst car buying experience of my life. Started with them putting a 3000 service charge on my contract without notifying me. They begged me to take down my review and now I'm not. Now life. Started with them putting a 3000 service charge on my contract without notifying me. They begged me to take down my review and now I'm not. Now its a month later and I still don't have plates for my vehicle. This place is the biggest joke outfit I've ever dealt with. RUN don't walk away from this dealership. Its the equivalent of working with a group of guys that used to sell time shares. No professionalism. I was asked by the manager to call him back to remind him tomorrow. Its not my job to remind you to do YOUR job. Buyer beware. These guys are rip off artists of the highest kind. I will not let another go through what we went through. I even let them fincance and refinanced with my credit union so they could make a couple bucks on the deal. 10 days to ship the car. Had to fight them to send it because they delivery people wanted too much. Not my problem. These people are scammers. Reporting to the Florida DMV and making a complaint to the BBB. More
