This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from and I have bought at least 30 cars over the years. I bought a 2020 Range Rover from them in December 2024. Car seemed fine when I test drove it, from and I have bought at least 30 cars over the years. I bought a 2020 Range Rover from them in December 2024. Car seemed fine when I test drove it, but by the time I got home to Maryland, 3 hours away and took it to my LandRover dealership for multiple alerts, it needed $3700 in repairs. Do not sign “purchased as is” at this place. Walk away if they insist. They promised to send me the second key to the car which they claimed was at their other dealership. They said they would send it when they mail me my Maryland plates and registration. Guess what? It’s been 4 months since I bought the car and it’s still not registered or titled in my name. I have had to file a complaint with Office of Consumer Protection | Division of Consumer Affairs NJ Office of the Attorney General. I’m hoping they can convince this unreliable dealership to get the car titled and registered. Maryland MVA confirmed for me that they did request a duplicate title last week. So that means they didn’t have the title to the car when they sold it to me 4 months ago. The duplicate title is in the previous owner’s name, so God only knows how long it will take this dealership to pay Maryland MVA the taxes and title fees I paid them to get the car titled to me. I bought a car at Mitsubishi in Freehold. I can't get them to give me my registration nor title. My temporary registration has been expired for 1.5 months. Bought a 2021 BMW, at close they added approximately $2400 to tax, DMV fees and the normal $1200 documents fees explaining that they need to cover their marketing expenses. A week later I took it to a BMW dealer and the car had 3 bent rims and 1 cracked rim, I was told shouldn’t have passed a safety inspection. Another $2400. Transferring plates from my trade in, took 10 weeks and they gave me new plates and when I told them I got a ton of attitude. I had to go to DMV myself to correct it even though I paid them to do it. I bought the car with no financing, it’s been 6 months and they have not delivered to me the title, I call every week and have gotten many excuses and promises for returned phone calls but I hear nothing. Do yourself a favor, take your money and buy from a reputable dealer. There are many similiar reviews to mine out there. More
