i was looking for a used honda accord and she said it was still available. The same day not even an hour ago after we spoke on the the phone,imagine i came all the way from hudson county only to find o still available. And she replied,why not? I really had a terrible experience with this lady who was very arrogant to a customer. I know sales people would like to earn our business but the way she treated me i would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I came in with an ad from another dealer and they refused to match it and lied like rugs. I haggled with them for hours, had done my homework as far as the Kelly Blue Book pricing info and they still wouldn' to match it and lied like rugs. Then they tried to sell me a used car that was low mileage but the body was in such bad shape I couldn't believe they would even show me the car. Very rude, major liars, got a better deal elsewhere. I bought 2 cars from them in 2009 - 08 Vera Cruz & 09 Santa Fe. The Santa Fe had: No gas in the tank Low air in the tires Worn windshield wipers The salesman registered the car as a Sonata, not a Sa Santa Fe. The car couldn't be inspected until the registration was corrected. In the meantime, I got a ticket for no inspection sticker (they ultimately reimbursed me for it, after several phone calls were made to the owner & sales manager). I found them to be very unprofessional & would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had a leased 2008 camry I wanted to trade in on a 2009 santa fe-basic, automatic ,with a package -$750-roof rack speaker controls etc- showed me a red auto-without my package-no window sticker-red was th santa fe-basic, automatic ,with a package -$750-roof rack speaker controls etc- showed me a red auto-without my package-no window sticker-red was the color i wanted. drove it I asked the salesman if they had the package on another car, yes was the answer.so I went in to buy it. after negotiating for and hour I got the price I thought was fair.mngr. told me my car was ready,I was shocked they had taken all my stuff out of my trade and put it in my 2009 santa fe .when i got in the car to go home i realized it was the red auto i drove without the package. i now realized i was taken.i know kind of stupid -but i believed i was dealing with honest people.i called the next day but was told they could only give me a white car with the package,but with much nore money, I started to look at my bill - the finance officer kept telling to sign your not really paying for those things,guess what-when i loked it up-there was bills for $3031 for window trim, $200 for etching.i had looked at a diamond and was sold a piece of paste.needless to say,stay away from this car dealer.i feel betrayed having served in korea 1953-54.w.2.1 marines More

We bought our first Hyundai in February 2000 from this dealership. After revisiting it was like a time-warp! First off, they moved. The showroom is a dump. Cheap floor. Cheap desks. Hip-hop, rap, or whatever the genre was playing loudly. Quite an uncomfortable setting. I went online prior to the visit and got a $500 coupon off the price of the car. The good: My three children were entertained with a nice coloring book/sticker packages which they liked. The bad: Even though I made it clear I was not buying that day they could not get past the issue. I wanted a test drive and a price. They gave me the test-drive but couldn't give me a definitive price. They couldn't even give me a trade-in price even though they inspected my vehicle. I feel they will not quote unless they know you are willing to buy that day. Which leads me to believe that they are not ready to compete. All the Hyundai incentives (namely the $500 owner loyalty on my trade-in) were not divulged to me even after repeatedly asking if there were any more incentives. I think they were trying to keep this in their back pocket. The $500 coupon was completely forgotten about. Even after reminders. So basically it was sticker + floor mats + delivery - $1000 rebate. No budge. Finally we had a bad experience with the salesman. We were nice, but when we tried to get a price, he got loud and stated such things as "If you just let me do my job...". But to his credit, maybe he needed to get loud in order for us to hear him over the hip-hop music? It was old school right down to the manager seeing me when I was getting in my car to leave and promising a much lower price. I just left. More

I have to agree with the person who wrote the poor review of this dealership. I, too, had a most unpleasant experience with them, and still am today. We knew what we wanted and told the salesman that we weren't looking for any bells and whistles and that they wre not going to make much money off of us -- just the lowest priced model that they had on their lot. The salesman, who apparently just switched from the service department to sales, said, rather smugly "I already sold a car today, so the pressure is off of me to sell another. I've actually sold 11 this month." Well, bully for you! ARGH! I am STILL mad at myself for not turning around and leaving right then and there! Also, the salesman shook my husband's hand first and hardly looked at me the entire time we were talking with him, even when i pointed that out to him. I'M buying the car -- MY credit score is being used, the financeing is in MY name, the car is in MY name -- don't just show me the pretty colors and then talk business with the man! I've been changing my own oil, filters and flat tires since I was 16 years old. My parents have been involved in suto racing wince the 1950's -- they have owned over 50 cars. I think I know a bit about what is under the hood. I couldn't have been more insulted. They also played the waiting game with us -- salesman would disappear for long periods of time, then come back with ever changing numbers for the amount of the car. They didn't even want to take our 2002 Saturn, which is Kelley Blue Book valued at $2150, as a trade. They suggested that we try to sell it on Craigs List. REALLY!? I told them that the trade was a deal breaker, so they reluctantly "gave" us 500 lousy dollars. GEE -- THANKS (I think). Then they have the nerve to quote me a 12% interest rate -- with a credit score of 847? I don't think so. We got them down to 7%, but the amount that we would have to pay was $20 more a month than the loan calculator that I was using, so I secured a loan through my credit union for 3.99% -- they were not happy about that! So -- my saga continues. We "purchased" the car (I think) last Tuesday. They have yet to pick up our trade in -- they were supposed to get it last Wednesday, then today at 11:30am -- now they won't be here until 2pm! It's like waiting for the cable guy! I wish that I had checked this, and other sites, first before going to this dealership. There are other bad reviews about them out there. We will be going to Toms River Hyundai for service -- I have read many great reviews about that dealership and service department. Do your homework, people. Don't get stuck, as i did. Oh -- when I just called to find out when they would be out to get the Saturn, the receptionist called me "hon"! Ok -- can I tell you just how much women HATE that -- really, really A LOT!!!!!!!!! I was greeted in the parking lot by a sales person. There are no cars to view in the show room. I asked to see a Sonata and he took 15 minutes to see one. I asked for the price of the vehicle. The salesmen took the time to tell me the history of Hyundia. After this lengthily story Dean the Manager came out to talk numbers. His 1st question was “How much do I want to spend for the vehicle? I asked how much does he wants to charge me for a vehicle. He asked if I was ready to take ownership immediately? I told him no, and he said he would not be able to give me a realistic price. I asked why and he stated I would use this information to get a better deal from another dealership. I told Dean if his price was the cheapest he had nothing to worry about. He said the price is the MSRP minus a $2,000 deal insensitive. He stated when I was done shopping around to call him. Every time a called him on the phone his numbers changed. I bought a Honda Accord. Save yourself time and stay away from this dealership. More
