I was EXTREMELY pleased with my visit to Freehold Hyundai. I was looking for the White 2013 Hyundai Veloster to be exact and we could not find exactly what I wanted anywhere. My car buying experience with Freehold Hyundai started on a Saturday. I hadn't planned on considering a Hyundai for my first new car, but I was pleasantly surprised. Earlier that day I visited Planet Honda a Saturday. I hadn't planned on considering a Hyundai for my first new car, but I was pleasantly surprised. Earlier that day I visited Planet Honda on Rt 22 and Pine Belt Chevy oh Rt 9. My experiences with with both the Chevy and Honda dealers were the same. They let me test drive the car and then proceeded to pressure me into a sale. When I was a bit reluctant because I wanted to make the right decision they became aggressive. Within 30 minutes at Freehold Hyundai I was sold by the excellent service. Matt helped me decide on the Elantra being that I was not familiar with what Hyundai had to offer. Before putting me in to test drive a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra Matt was very thorough about going over all of the specifications of the car which Pine Belt Chevy and Planet Honda failed to do. Pine Belt even went as far as putting me into a used car that just came on to the lot and had not been cleaned. After falling in love with the vehicle it was time to talk numbers. They asked me what I was comfortable with paying and worked with my budget to find a good loan offer with a interest rate that would give me affordable month payments. Even after the deal was done another loan offer came in the next day with a better rate. Ned, the finance manager, contact me immediately, once again lowering my month payment by $20. On Thursday evening I was able to take my first new car home. It was an exciting experience. Even though I did not present them with the best financial situation Freehold Hyundai was always very respectful and understanding of my situation, unlike Pinebelt Chevy and Planet Honda. They understood that I was a recent college graduate seeking opportunities and that I need a reliable vehicle to do so. In the end my payments ended up being only $20 more than what I had anticipated and that is only because I opted for the gap insurance, road hazard and extended warranty. If I did not go with those extras my payments would have been way less than what I had anticipated. I feel like I have said to much but not enough. Thank you Matt, Leon and Ned for all of your help. You turned the dream of my first car buying experience into a reality. More
