Last night, I went into Hyundai looking to purchase my first car. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted by a sales team member named Paulina. The test drive was great and they had several color options for the specific model of the Elantra I was looking for. Paulina kept things very professional and allowed me to make the decision that was best for me without putting on any unnecessary pressure. Even while I was waiting a couple hours for the inspection to happen, Paulina sat at the table next to me and had a personal and relatable conversation with me which made me feel very appreciated welcomed.
