I have just bought my third car from this dealership and there is a reason for this. It’s not just because Hyundai is a quality car maker. Honestly, I could have bought one anywhere in New Jersey, but I g there is a reason for this. It’s not just because Hyundai is a quality car maker. Honestly, I could have bought one anywhere in New Jersey, but I go to this dealership and to this dealership only. The employees there are all very kind and genuinely good people. I had worked with Cary & Alex in the past in helping me choose and purchase cars for my children and I had never been treated with such care and kindness at an automobile dealership in my life. This time around I had the pleasure to have met Tyler Lugo and he is one of those rare young gentlemen that make one feel that there is hope for the future. He is polite and patient , knowledgeable and very professional… And, just like everyone else there, kind and friendly, and fair in their dealings. I do highly recommend this dealership. You simply can not go wrong by going there. More

This is the 2nd lease transaction that I have had at Freehold Hyundai. I met my sales agent Nikki quite by accident months before when having my 2021 Sonata N-Line serviced. I told her I would be inter Freehold Hyundai. I met my sales agent Nikki quite by accident months before when having my 2021 Sonata N-Line serviced. I told her I would be interested in a new one when my lease expired. Nikki didn’t forget and called me the second one arrived. I had no intention of buying anything that day. I arrived at the dealer mid afternoon and she rolled out a 2024 N-Line. That had just arrived. The test drive was all I needed. We sat down and worked out a deal. She really listened and worked with me to get the best price she could, making several visits to her manager. We came together on a deal. Nikki worked miracles coordinating all the departments, service to prep, insurance to transfer coverage etc. The dealership is very well run and people and customer service very friendly and helpful. So thank you Nikki and Freehold Hyundai for getting me into a 2024 N-Line in a short amount of time and home in time for dinner. More

This review is long overdue. I hope the "better late than never" adage applies. My daughter turned in her leased car last September. As many Americans are experiencing at pres I hope the "better late than never" adage applies. My daughter turned in her leased car last September. As many Americans are experiencing at present, things were not as good financially as they were just three years ago. We sat down with Kayla to weigh the options available to her. She needed to make sure that her next car would be comfortable for her and my two grandkids. Kayla took her time in explaining the options. She worked with us to get her the best deal available. After discussing and doing a little research my daughter made her decision. The paperwork was drawn and we left with a new leased car. A day or so later my daughter realized the car chosen was not going to work with the kids who are seven and two. We immediately contacted Kayla and expressed our concerns to her. She took them seriously, understanding my daughter's worries. We asked that my daughter be able to take one of the other choices that had been presented. Honestly I thought it was going to be an uphill climb and battle to get that done. Much to my surprise and relief, it wasn't. Kayla spoke with her managing and financing team (Audriena) and within a day my daughter was in a car that better fit her needs. I want to thank everyone at Freehold Hyundai, especially Kayla and Audriena, for providing excellent service in trying times. You guys are the best.
