Jason made buying this car a very pleasant experience and is the main reason we decided to buy our car at Freehold. Everyone else that was part of this purchase is also AMAZING! Mike in insurance got our new car added to our policy quickly, easily, with no problems, and made sure we had the proper documentation. We have bought several cars in the past and I was not looking forward to the meeting with the Finance Manager. But Ephraim is truly special. Ephraim is friendly, patient, and a real finance expert. Ephraim answered all our questions - sometimes several times - and made sure all the paperwork was 100% correct. There were no surprises. Ephraim saved us many hundreds of dollars and made the meeting very pleasant. Finally, before we drove away in our new car, Amani explained many of the car's new and advanced electronic features. Amani is very enthusiastic about the new systems and enjoys teaching new owners how to get the most out of their cars. Fake positive reviews! !! Just look up their Yelp rating. Worst mistake ever coming here. First, I come and wait there for 8 HOURS….just to be told that they have to order t !! It literally took them all day to tell me I have to come back. It’s over an hour round trip for me and I was waiting there ALL DAY. Then may finally get the part almost two weeks later and once AGAIN, I’m told it’ll be done same day but that it’ll take all day so to come back. So I get someone to drive with me (once again over an hour round trip) to drop off the car. Do they finish it that day like they said the would. No. But considering how slow they are, I graciously wait ANOTHER full day, only to be told that it’s STILL not ready. I have a 2 year old that I have to find someone to watch . These people don’t care about you at all and this dealership will be getting reported to corporate.m What a HORRIBLE first experience with Hyundai. I should’ve stuck with Kia, where they actually respect your time. Last time I’ll buy Hyundai again. More
