Over Paid for a 2013 Ford Focus I purchased a car from Freehold Ford on April 4, 2014. The deal was very underhanded they were not stright forward with me in any way. to this day I still don't know what they paid me for my car. I am paying $30,000 for a car that list for 26,490. When we were looking at the cars in the lot I saw the focus and liked it looking at the sticker price on the 2014 was more than I wanted to spend so I saw the 2013. Any other time that I have purchased a car a leftover is cheaper. But not at freehold ford they charge you more than it cost for a 2014. When we started dealing with the sales person who I have used in the past and is Mustang convertable. that they are also lying about in that add.about the car online is false it is not a Premium IUM. Back to the deal we looked up what the car was worth because of millage first deal want to give me 10,500 we said not want the pay off figure which was 12,700. So we kept asking how much they were giving me for my car they kept saying were paying it off so to me that meant 12,700. well they added it to the other end of the new car which they never told me. So they stole $4.000 from me plus my car and now asking 20,999. all of the people you deal with over there are arrogant and don't care at all about the customer. They are nasty and I will never deal with them again and I am going to let every person I know also am a hairdresser and all of my customers are going to here my story. Also, I thinking about going to seven on your side. So it will be on television. More
Be very careful - They don't honour their own written price They give you one price. When you are all done go to meet Steve the Finance manager, he will give you a different number. Mike Goldstein who is a salesperson is very courteous and nice. No issues with him. I went to buy Ford Fusion Hybrid. They haggled a lot went back and forth and finally gave me a all inclusive price (taxes, registration, doc) on a printed paper. I agreed to it. Gave them a $100 deposit (as it was late in the evening). Next day go to collect the car, they gave me a hard time and askign for more money saying essentially, they made a mistake in the registration fee. Apparently they used a wrong code for DMV registration. I don't trust these guys. More
Steven, Johantan and Dmitry were extremely professional and helpful. They and everything possible to get us into the car of our choice at the price that we can afford. We went to another dealership down t and helpful. They and everything possible to get us into the car of our choice at the price that we can afford. We went to another dealership down the road and were treated as if our business wasnt important to them as they were too busy to make much of an effort to help us. Freehold ford is worth the 15 minute extra drive down route 9. This is the second car we purchased from them and will be back as well as recommend them to all or our family and friends. He explained why it was a good idea to stay with Ford and showed us all our options and helped us make the best decision for us. He was very helpful and we had a great time talking with him, making us feel welcomed and that he really cared about us. We weren't sure what to expect coming into ford, but we couldn't ask for a better experience. More

This dealer had the truck I wanted so I stopped in. I was met by Joe Scerbo(sales) and told him which F150 I wanted. After a test ride, I told Joe I was heading out to another dealer (Toyota) as that is the met by Joe Scerbo(sales) and told him which F150 I wanted. After a test ride, I told Joe I was heading out to another dealer (Toyota) as that is the alternative to Ford that was I was looking at. Joe was great and said no problem, he will give me a call in a couple of hours. After kicking the tires on the Toyota I decided to head back to Freehold Ford and start negotiations. Joe knew what type of price I wanted as well as financing rates. Well Joe's first shot at pricing was $265 more then I wanted to pay. Joe had that QUICKLY adjusted to accommodate me. I was then introduced to Jonathan the Finance Director and was pleasantly surprised he was not a stuff shirt, had a great attitude and most of all, exceeded my expectations on financing. All in all the process from start of negotiations to driving away with my new 2013 F150 took 2.25 hours! FANTASTIC! Especially since it was 2.25 hours of no stress! As far as sales goes, great place to shop and I can only assume service will be the same! More
Great experience! The were excellent with my four-year old as we were at the dealership for a few hours. We were a walk-in with no intentions of buying a new vehicle. We walked out proud owners of a For old as we were at the dealership for a few hours. We were a walk-in with no intentions of buying a new vehicle. We walked out proud owners of a Ford Expedition! The service is one of the amin reasons for our purchase. Family oriented and would recommentd to others. More
My 2010 Ford expedition was serviced there 3 times for the same electrical problem with the heating and air system. I was told that the entire system would need to be re-wired and it will take two weeks. the same electrical problem with the heating and air system. I was told that the entire system would need to be re-wired and it will take two weeks. When I asked for a loaner car, I was given a BS excuse that because I did not purchase the vechile at this dealership they were under no obligation to provide a loaner car as it would cost the dealership to much money. Here is a classic example how poor customer service destroys future business and sales. I have also filed a compliant with Ford Motor Company who was not happy to say the least about this type of service. I called All American Ford in Old Bridge and made my next appointment with a scheduled loaner car as well. More
The entire process was efficient, quick and extremely friendly. I want to say it seemed like the entire staff of the dealership was involved in the transaction. I've never experienced as pleasant a deal/ friendly. I want to say it seemed like the entire staff of the dealership was involved in the transaction. Called to setup a test drive. Told it was in stock and it will be ready. I get there and they tell me they swapped it out during the day. Got the typical BS of seeing a more expensive model or they could get will be ready. I get there and they tell me they swapped it out during the day.
