She went the extra mile in being accommodating--making sure all of our needs were met. When I could not decide between the Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus, she did whatever she could to help make the decision process easier: allowing me to test drive each car multiple times, offering an extended drive, etc. I eventually decided to purchase the 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and could not be happier! Our salesperson, Crystal Treadway, has given us outstanding service all four times. My wife and I bought our first car two years ago from Crystal. The experience was easy and comfortable. So much so that I sent two of our daughters there to buy cars, and recently I bought a fourth. Crystal is a pleasure to deal with and she follows up with us after we purchase.
