She went the extra mile in being accommodating--making sure all of our needs were met. When I could not decide between the Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus, she did whatever she could to help make the decision process easier: allowing me to test drive each car multiple times, offering an extended drive, etc. I eventually decided to purchase the 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and could not be happier! Additionally, Crystal helped me get the best deal I could on my trade in.
