Great Buying Experience One of the things I dread is having to purchase a new car. At Freehold Ford I had probably the best experience one could ever expect however. I had been looking to buy a 2014 Ford Edge and did much research on them. From salesperson Keith C. to Finance Manager Steve D. everything was professional and the sale went smoothly. John Marotta, Jr. oversaw the entire process and between the three of them they made me feel welcome and at ease. All my questions were answered and all my cares and concerns were addressed. There was no hassle and the dealer prep on the vehicle was done immediately. I was so impressed with the experience that I went back three days later and purchased a Ford Escape for my daughter. Again I experienced the same care, understanding and professionalism that I thought would never happen. I have no issues with Freehold Ford or their employees and will recommend them to friends and family in the future. John Marotta, Sr. should be proud of his staff! More

Terrible service department Sales people were great. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Service is the issue. Service department have terrible attitudes, and take FOREV Sales people were great. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Service is the issue. Service department have terrible attitudes, and take FOREVER to get work done. 4 hours for a brake job and an hour and a half to program a key. A key! Ridiculous. More

I was able to browse through their inventory and she answered any questions I had along the way. Being this was the first time I had ever leased a vehicle she went into detail about the whole process with me. She has a great personality. Very easy to talk to.
