I had been looking to buy a 2014 Ford Edge and did much research on them. From salesperson Keith C. to Finance Manager Steve D. everything was professional and the sale went smoothly. John Marotta, Jr. oversaw the entire process and between the three of them they made me feel welcome and at ease. All my questions were answered and all my cares and concerns were addressed. There was no hassle and the dealer prep on the vehicle was done immediately. I was so impressed with the experience that I went back three days later and purchased a Ford Escape for my daughter. Again I experienced the same care, understanding and professionalism that I thought would never happen. Terrible service department Sales people were great. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Service is the issue.
