Best Ford Dealership and Sales Staff I took possession of my new 2015 Ford Escape earlier this month from Freehold Ford. My salesman was Michael Goldstein. He was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable about the products he represents and answered all questions I had without hesitation. Anytime I had a question or concern Mike was there every step of the way. Mike is a dealer for the people and works for you to make sure you get the best deal and best service. The experience was great from order to delivery. Being that the buying experience was so good I am now looking forward to a good service experience with Freehold Ford. I spoke with the manager who then told me he could not help me either. They were rude and not interested In helping. I called Larson Ford in Lakewood and they went out of their way to help me even renting a car for me because they were out of loaner cars. They explained Ford was paying for the rental because of the recall. I did not buy my car at Larsen Ford either however unlike freehold Ford they were willing to help me...larson ford is friendly and there for you when you need them..Freehold Ford is a dealership I will never consider buying a car from....they appear to be only interested in their sales not keeping customers happy....... More
