Crystal is clearly the best! I went into Freehold Ford to see the new Ford Fusion. Crystal came by to explain the differences clearly. Was very impressed with its handling ability. Then Crystal wondered whether the car would fit in my smallish garage.. Finally, a very nice young man, Mike Z asked us if he could help us. I guess the rest is history, as they say. We purchased a new Ford Edge, great vehicle, and Mike was easy to work with. He did not pressure us, and helped us select the best value for the money. Took the time to let us drive and look over several vehicles. Even his Manager Dimitri was low key in his "closing" approach and did not use any high pressure tactics. All in all, a great experience from a "Jersey" dealer, we are from the Midwest and didn't know what to expect. Thanks MIke!
