I went to Freehold Ford to shop for a car , my salesman was Angelo Reyes, I noticed that he knows a great deal about the cars in the lot. I was treated very well by all at the dealership, everyone was very professional and attentive, making my experience very satisfying. Angelo explained every feature in the cars, answered all questions that I asked him - I went prepared to ask a lot of questions - before purchasing the car. Angelo came across as very sincere, honest, and sure of the reliability of the vehicles he sells; He was of great assistance in my selecting the vehicle I purchased. Angelo, has done follow-up calls to find out how everything is going with the performance of the vehicle. Has been able to answered questions clearly, in a way I comprehend. I would highly recomend the service at this dealership, and Angelo - the salesman. Awesome!!! More

Our experience with the financial team was disappointing - although we submitted all the paperwork and our credit score was way above the requirement but we were still declined and were told that FORD Credi - although we submitted all the paperwork and our credit score was way above the requirement but we were still declined and were told that FORD Credit apparently did not approve the deal and we almost did not get our Ford from the dealership. Not sure what changed but within 48 hours things were put right and we received a call from the dealership which ended up in us getting our new Ford F-150. However what must be mentioned is our experience with the Sales Rep. named Kyle Willis. He was the most helpful guy in our whole experience and i would definitely recommend seeking him out if your heading to Freehold Ford to get your new Car/Truck. Very pleasant and always took our calls and came back with answers and did his best to make sure our deal went through and even a month later follows up with us to ensure everything is working well with our new Vehicle. He alone made our experience worth every minute and the reason why we gave the dealership the 4 star rating More

Kyle Willis was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and patient. I went it with a specific built vehicle in mind and Kyle showed me many examples to pick from.
